Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, contact us at wsstore.wild@gmail.com and we will help.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we pay it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed before they are shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
