Where we ship from

WS Home ships to addresses in the United States. Our current products are stocked in a US warehouse.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, US delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the item and your location. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 3-10 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost for your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any promotional shipping offer will be applied at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Wrong address or delivery problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or shows delivered but is missing, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
